Cream siphons

Cream siphons are culinary tools. They are used for the preparation of whipped cream. They can also be used to create both sweet and savory foams to give the dish an extra aesthetic touch.

Depending on the use to be made, it is necessary to choose the right siphon.

Cream siphons consist of four parts: A container in which the ingredients are poured, one cap which is screwed onto the container and onto which the cartridges are then screwed, cartridges or cans and spouts. These can have various shapes to obtain different foams.

A compressed air capsule is required to the 0,5 liter siphon, if the 1 liter siphon is used, a gas cartridge must be added, therefore two cartridges in total. The larger the siphon, the more gas cartridges are needed.
