“S” -shaped smooth blade knife group. Capable rotating central shaft that mixes liquids without overflowing. The inclination of the knives and the conical bottom of the tank ensures maximum homogeneity for each process. Lid with opening for adding ingredients during processing. Cover attached to the camera body for better practicality. All parts in contact with food can be removed without the use of tools, completely removable and dishwasher safe. Productivity suitable for 100-200 covers per service.
Tank in AISI 304 stainless steel with anti-drip edge, hermetic closure and handles. Variable speed from 300 to 3000 rpm.
