What is the Winterhalter F420E detergent for?
Alkaline detergent for washing dishes and glasses in hard water. It is free of phosphates and active chlorine.
Not good for aluminum, it is correct for washing silver cutlery.

Using the F420E detergent

The dosage must be done by a technician from an authorized Winterhalter dealer. The original Winterhalter detergent must be combined with the rinse aid of the same brand. In fact, the ideal is to combine this detergent with the rinse aid B100N.

Differences between Winterhalter F40 and F420E detergent
Both detergents are suitable for washing glasses, but they have differences:
- Detergent F40: suitable for aluminum, not suitable for silver, ideal for softened water
- F420E detergent: not suitable for aluminum, suitable for silver, ideal for hard water
