What is the Winterhalter F8400 detergent for?
Not good for aluminum, nor for silver. Multi-purpose sanitizing liquid detergent. Highly alkaline, containing active chlorine. Removes stubborn dirt and acts against fat and protein residues.
Dishes in high quality porcelain, bright white or matt black, with no residue or marks. Simply perfect. When the dishes are perfectly clean, they create a nice impact. Winterhalter helps you to achieve this with specific chemicals for dishes: detergents have been developed for all types of dirt and also remove stubborn food residues such as grease, starch or proteins. The rinse aids ensure quick and mark-free drying. Together they guarantee a perfect wash result.
Using detergent F8400
The dosage must be done by a technician from an authorized Winterhalter dealer. The original Winterhalter detergent must be combined with the rinse aid of the same brand. The ideal is to combine this detergent with the multipurpose rinse aid B100N.
Recommended dosage: 2/4 ml / l
Suitable for medium hard water. Limited suitable for aluminum and silver.
