Description
The 22TS single-phase meat mincer has a stainless steel casing and hopper.
The machine is equipped with a completely removable grinding group, which allows it to be placed in the refrigerator without having to be cleaned of minced meat residues after each use in compliance with the HACCP hygiene standards. The grinding group, made up of stainless steel AISI 304, can be washed in the dishwasher to facilitate cleaning.
The controls are in low voltage and the meat inlet is ø 52 mm. The single-phase meat mincer is equipped with reverse gear and gearbox with oil bath gears. Equipped with an enterprise system with stainless steel plate (holes ø 6 mm) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife.

- Professional mincers: those of high quality and power, designed for intensive use in commercial environments such as butchers, restaurants and food industries, can have prices ranging from 800 euros to several thousand euros, depending on size and capacity. A lot changes whether or not they are refrigerated.
- Industrial mincers: for large food industries and large butchers, industrial mincers can have significantly higher costs, often exceeding 10.000 euros.
