The stainless steel of this induction plate casserole has been finished with Silvinox®. It is a special electrochemical surface treatment that maintains the appearance of the saucepan over the long term. The Silvinox® treatment also removes metal residues or surface impurities to facilitate cleaning.
The main feature of the casserole without lid is its 7-layer stainless steel and aluminum base. This combination allows for good heat dispersion. The pot without a lid is best used on an induction hob which increases its efficiency by up to 30%.
