Electrolux Professional convection oven operation
The Electrolux Professional convection oven guarantees cooking uniformity guaranteed by the “flow channel” hot air diffusion system, it is characterized by the trapezoidal shape of the chamber and by the positioning of the diffusion fan in the rear part.
Platinum sensor able to perfectly read the temperature in the chamber.
High versatility of use guaranteed by the five-level humidifier, the rapid cooling of the chamber with a special fan and the possibility of installing a probe for automatic control of cooking at the heart of the product.
IPX4 water protection degree.
Convection oven with direct steam. Stainless steel construction. AISI 304 stainless steel cooking chamber with side lighting. Double glass door with double step opening and drip trays positioned under the chamber and the door. Heating via rarmored existences in incoloy placed on the convector. Electromechanical thermostat.
Visual display and thermometer. Esophageal Temperature single sensor. Timer from 0 to 120 minutes with acoustic alarm.
Equipped with n. 1 “crosswise” tray rack structure, 60 mm pitch, for 6 GN 1/1 trays.
