The INOX PIZZA CHEF Celm is the professional pizza mozzarella cutter dedicated to pizzerias and restaurants with the need to cut mozzarella.
The line consists of two different machines: one for dicing and one for fraying.
Therefore, thanks to the wide range of discs, it is possible to obtain the desired cut.
With the CHEF PIZZA INOX for dicing it is also possible to unwrap the mozzarella, while with the CHEF PIZZA INOX for unwrapping it is possible to obtain only this type of cut. When purchasing the fraying machine it is not possible to use the cubed discs.
For both the mozzarella cutter for julienne professional pizza and the dicer version to obtain the best result, we recommend using the mozzarella loaf at a temperature between 0 ° and + 4 °.
Thanks to the complete line of discs, it is also possible to cut the vegetables intended for topping your pizzas. It is not continuous use in this case, it is intermittent and sporadic use. Otherwise it is better to get a dedicated machine, i.e. a real vegetable cutter.
