How does a passer work?

Essentially, it is a classic vegetable mill brought to its maximum expression and effectiveness.

La loading hopper allows you to introduce products continuously. Fruit, vegetables, fish or other foods, well washed but not cleaned and not pitted. Pay attention to the size of the stones: cherries or plums can be easily processed, but larger stones, such as peaches, may flake off, so it's best to avoid putting in a whole peach. As for the peels, on the other hand, organic fruit and vegetables are preferred.

Operation of the C80 pulper: destoner machine

From the loading hopper the products fall into the sieve, where they are centrifuged. This happens thanks to a system of pale which rotate inside the sieve at 1500 revolutions per minute. The pulp is thus separated from seeds, skins, thorns, stones and other waste. Pulp and waste then travel to the base of the machine, where we find two hoppers: one for expulsion of the finished product and one for the expulsion of waste.

I'm there C 80, C 120 e C 200Let's see the different features:

C 80 it is the smallest cherry pitting machine, it serves up to 200 people. Compact table pulper, has a power of 650 W and a capacity of 60 kg/hour. It requires 230 V single-phase voltage and is equipped with a Schuko plug. So, despite having a Professional CE certification, it is an easy-to-use machine and also suitable for home use or for small farms. The net weight is 17 kg and the sieve with 1 mm holes is included.

C 120 it is a floor-standing fruit pulper, it can serve from 100 to 600 people. In fact we are talking about a flow rate of 120 kg/hour, which means greater dimensions, weight (32 kg) and greater power (900 W). It is definitely a machine for professional use and the 400V three-phase voltage will be required. The sieve with 1 mm holes is also included here.

C 200 it is the largest machine, which with its capacity of 150 kg / hour can satisfy up to 1200 people. It has a power of 1800 W and requires three-phase voltage. The dimensions are the same as the C 120 but the weight is 40 kg. Sieves with 1mm and 3mm holes are included.

The machines are made in stainless steel and they are available sieves with holes of different sizes: 0,5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm e 5 mm.
