How to use Mussana whipping cream cleaner
For reasons of hygiene, it is recommended to clean the MUSSANA Microtronic daily with about 40 ml of product, hot water, after pressing the button of the special cleaning cycle. For cleaning and disinfection, please use only the Mussana disinfectant cleaner, as this product guarantees thorough cleaning of the machine even under the strict conditions of DIN 10507 for whipping cream.
The whipping cream also has a automatic washing system with liquid detergent that guarantees its duration over time.
