SpeeDelight Electrolux Professional sandwich plate is the combination of 3 different technologies: by contact, infrared and microwave. The latter is also able to guarantee the perfect serving temperature.
Energy saving function: the standby mode is activated automatically after a certain time (from 1 to 60 minutes) set by the operator. The equipment is equipped with a USB port and wi-fi connection to optimize workflows and remotely monitor its operation (temperatures, countdown, alarms). Lid, top and rear panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. Automatic lifting of the lid at the end of the cycle by means of a spring. Upper ribbed plate (215 x 215 mm) in aluminum with non-stick coating; lower cooking surface (250 x 250 mm) in quartz glass, smooth, 4 mm thick. Cooling system guaranteed by the correct air flow from the front to the rear. This in fact allows you to position two appliances side by side.

It has 2 temperature probes for independent temperature control of the upper and lower plates. Electronic control with LED digital display with adjustable brightness, countdown indicator and sound signal (buzzer) indicating the end of the cycle. Lower panel with 800 W armored heating elements. 2 1050W magnetron each. Ergonomic handle to facilitate the movements of the lid. 8 programs selectable on the display, which can be modified by the user.
The programmable parameters are: upper plate temperature, lower plate temperature, total duration of each cycle, duration and distribution of microwaves within each cycle.
6 pre-loaded programs:
-P1 = 30 sec. (20 sec. Of microwaves);
-P2 = 40 sec. (30 sec. Of microwaves);
-P3 = 50 sec. (40 sec. Of microwaves);
-P4 = 60 sec. (without microwave);
-P5 = 60 sec. (40 sec. Of microwaves);
-P6 = 70 sec. (40 sec. Of microwave).
Model with top plate that automatically adjusts FLEXI without crushing the sandwiches.
Accessories included: cleaning brush, spatula, scraper and detergent.
