How the draft polenta machine works
Polentera allows you to cook and maintain the polenta fluid at temperature for 8\10 hours. It is very easy to use and clean and is aimed at anyone who wants to expand their menu effortlessly.
It is equipped with a simple and practical dispenser and can be used with any type of flour to create always different alternatives. The machine does everything by itself, does not require specific labor and does not employ service personnel.
It is a simple machine, electromechanical and small in size and suitable for any kitchen. To produce about 28 portions, or 7 kg, you need 1,5 kg of flour and 5,5 kg of water.
First you insert the ingredients by lifting the lid, like in a normal pan and then you set the cooking cycle. Once cooking is complete, the holding time is set which can last many hours and during which we will always have hot polenta ready to bring to the table.
The polenta machine on tap universalizes the consumption of creamed corn, creating an imaginative solution in fast food restaurants or restaurants by offering portions of polenta served with traditional or dietary condiments. Polentera is available with a multilingual electronic control panel (Italian, English, French, German) which controls all phases from cooking to tapping or with electromechanical controls that can be operated by the operator.
The engine is professional for intensive use. The machine has a structure entirely made of AISI 430 stainless steel, while the part in contact with the food is made of stainless steel AISI 304 (less ferritic).
